All costs related to domain registration, hosting, and third-party tools are the client’s responsibility unless specifically included.

Final, paid deliverables belong to the client.
All design concepts, mockups, and unapproved drafts remain our intellectual property.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Review and approve designs promptly to avoid project delays.
Ensure that all submitted materials (text, images, etc.) are owned or properly licensed.
Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revisions (as stated in your proposal). Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed hourly at [Insert rate].
Deadlines & Delays
We commit to reasonable timelines; however, client delays (e.g., missing feedback, late content) may shift project completion dates. Deadlines are estimates, not guarantees.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. If a client cancels a project after work has begun, payment for completed work is still due. If we cancel a project, any unearned funds will be refunded.
